During discussions with the Yisheng Village Chief about common disaster issues, the chief highlighted that residents in mountainous areas are often stung by hornets due to a lack of knowledge on how to respond, leading to discomfort or even serious health risks. To raise awareness and improve emergency response skills, we have organized a special disaster preparedness talk titled “What to Do When You Encounter a Hornet?”, to be held at the Yisheng Village Activity Center on Wednesday, May 21.

A professional speaker will be invited to explain the behavior of hornets, methods to prevent stings, and the correct steps to take if stung. This session aims to better equip everyone when dealing with outdoor environments.

We warmly invite you to sign up and participate – let’s protect the safety of ourselves and our families together!
