Essential Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, with proficiency in basic office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  2. Comfortable interacting with individuals from various fields; must be thoughtful, eager to learn, enjoy communication, and have strong coordination skills.
  3. Passionate about environmental education, indigenous issues, sustainable development, social participation, and the bamboo industry.
  4. Experience in organizing events and meetings is preferred.
  5. Willing to travel for work, primarily in Taoyuan City’s Fuxing District (mountain areas); must hold a valid driver’s license and have road driving experience.
  6. Applicants should provide an understanding of the USR program and suggest how they can contribute to the team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in planning and executing environmental education projects.
  2. Experience with administrative document processing is advantageous.
  3. Skills in video editing and event planning are a plus.

Job Description: Assist the project leader in executing the Ministry of Education’s third phase of the University Social Responsibility (USR) project, mbhoyaw “Fuxing” – a cross-domain collaboration focused on sustainability.

Employment Period: Commencing from the actual date of employment in 2023, with a 3-month probation period. Upon successful completion of probation, the contract will extend until December 31, 2023. Continued employment in 2024 will depend on performance evaluations and budget availability.

Compensation: To be discussed or based on the National Central University contract employee compensation standards, including labor insurance, health insurance, pension contributions, and year-end bonus.
