Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with proficiency in basic office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Comfortable interacting with individuals from various fields; must be thoughtful, eager to learn, enjoy communication, and have strong coordination skills.
- Passionate about environmental education, indigenous issues, sustainable development, social participation, and the bamboo industry.
- Experience in organizing events and meetings is preferred.
- Willing to travel for work, primarily in Taoyuan City’s Fuxing District (mountain areas); must hold a valid driver’s license and have road driving experience.
- Applicants should provide an understanding of the USR program and suggest how they can contribute to the team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in planning and executing environmental education projects.
- Experience with administrative document processing is advantageous.
- Skills in video editing and event planning are a plus.

Job Description: Assist the project leader in executing the Ministry of Education’s third phase of the University Social Responsibility (USR) project, mbhoyaw “Fuxing” – a cross-domain collaboration focused on sustainability.
Employment Period: Commencing from the actual date of employment in 2023, with a 3-month probation period. Upon successful completion of probation, the contract will extend until December 31, 2023. Continued employment in 2024 will depend on performance evaluations and budget availability.
Compensation: To be discussed or based on the National Central University contract employee compensation standards, including labor insurance, health insurance, pension contributions, and year-end bonus.
