Join the Wen-Ying Fuxing Student Reporter Team and head into the mountains with us to experience, document, and share every memorable moment!
What You’ll Do
As a Wen-Ying Fuxing student reporter, you’ll have the opportunity to join us on trips to the mountains during your free time and take part in a variety of exciting activities. Through photography and writing, you’ll capture memorable moments from each event and share them on our project website for more people to see!
Photography equipment will be provided.
What You’ll Gain
- Compensation and writing fees will be provided for each assignment based on the nature and duration of the activity.
- Opportunities to build your portfolio in event photography and writing. Your work will be published on our project website with your name credited.
- Unique opportunities to participate in a wide variety of activities and experiences.

Who We’re Looking For
- Since our activities are held at different times each month, flexibility and availability are highly valued. At the beginning of each semester, we will announce the scheduled activity dates in advance so reporters can sign up for assignments. Additional activities may be added throughout the semester. Currently, most activities take place on weekdays.
- Anyone interested in photography, videography and video editing, or written documentation is welcome to apply. Applicants with basic skills in any of these areas will be given priority, but no prior experience is required—we also welcome enthusiastic beginners who are eager to learn and give it a try!
- You should be physically comfortable with traveling by vehicle into the mountains and working in outdoor environments.
- You are proactive and enjoy working as part of a team.
- You work efficiently and can meet deadlines.
About Us
We are the NCU mbhoyaw “Fuxing” USR Project — Interdisciplinary Collaboration with Sustainability as the Key Concept.
Our project is based in Fuxing District, Taoyuan City, where we carry out initiatives related to smart disaster prevention, energy and carbon reduction, environmental sustainability, culture, local industries, and more.
Our work takes us into the mountains, where we build connections and friendships with local communities. Through learning from and collaborating with community partners, we bring together different forms of experience and knowledge to explore and create new possibilities for life in the mountains.

Eligibility｜ National Central University students enrolled in the 2026–2027 academic year (Academic Year 115).
Application Period｜ From now until Friday, September 18, 2026. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until all positions are filled.
