Chung Yuan Christian University’s University Social Responsibility (USR) Program specially designed a localized environmental sustainability camp for the children of San Guang Elementary School. The camp covered a range of topics, from understanding water resources to exploring the local terrain around the school. Through hands-on activities and discussions, the children developed a deeper understanding of environmental sustainability. The program also included the installation of an aquaponic fish pond at the school, where the students learned how to test the pH levels of water. With these three days of intensive and enriching lessons, the children undoubtedly gained a wealth of new knowledge. 👍
